Delivery Information

Postage charges (inc VAT where applicable):
UK: FREE POSTAGE
EU: £4.00
Rest of World: £7.00

Orders are posted to you First Class Royal Mail, Recorded delivery.
SwissLingerie aim to dispatch all garments ordered within 7 days of receipt (or sooner if the garment is stocked in the UK in the correct size and colour combination).
Your credit/debit card will only be charged when the goods are dispatched to you.

Your Confidentiality and Privacy

Payment details are not kept on file and are processed securely via Google Checkout. Your order and address details will remain confidential and will NOT be passed on in any form to third parties. Also we will only mail you to announce special offers and HANRO collection updates and this service can be deactivated at any time.

Returns Policy

We are sure you will be pleased with your order but if not, we are happy to exchange or refund items purchased within 14 days of receipt. Underwear, once worn, can not be returned so we suggest that you compare the garments for size with existing underwear before trying on or removing the seals and tags. We will send out an exact replacement in the correct size (if in stock) or we will offer you suitable alternatives.

Please call us on 01753 648 717 to obtain a Returns Number. This should be written on your copy of the delivery note and returned to us within the parcel. We suggest you obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate.

If you request a refund, please allow 14 days for the money to be credited to your account and please note we can only accept returns which were purchased directly from us, not via third parties. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK Law.

As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. Replacement goods held in stock will be dispatched within seven to ten working days. If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund.
